Interesting article, except that in my opinion, you conflated the conclusion.

I've be married for 26+ years.

Before reading this article through, I dashed to my wife & asked (we met & got married as Christians) if it was possible to be in love as Christians without ever having one moment of sexual desire.

Her answer was "No". And I whole heartedly agree with her.

I've read your other essays.

For me, as a Christian, in a true loving relationship, the urge for premarital sex may & do come. But, if you are a Christian who prayerfully depends on God's grace, & never becoming careless, even the sexual desires can become subsumed until the right time - within marriage.

Not everyone will accept my submission. That's OK.

If you truly love a girl/boy & the feeling is mutual, save sex for marriage.

Sex outside of marriage is a sin. Full stop.
