I live in Nigeria, If I can make purchases on Amazon, there is no reason why I shouldn't be able to join MPP easy, but Medium seems to make it difficult by design for non American people to participate in MPP.

I managed to join the MPP program through a totuous circuitous process.

I mentioned this setback in one of my recent stories.

It seems Medium is intent on fencing out non-Western writers out of MPP by design.
